What are the estimated delivery times and costs?
We use SENDLE for our deliveries within Australia and internationally. They are fast, reliable and use reputable delivery companies.

Delivery costs for an order placed for outside Australia will be managed on a case by case basis.
What if I wish to cancel my order?
Once your order has been accepted, the sale is final. If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to assist where we reasonably can, and provided your order has not already been dispatched. We do not give refunds or accept cancellations where you have changed your mind.
Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery.
For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. If Divine Arts Company is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details, that charge will be passed onto you. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at [email protected]. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Please expect extra time for orders placed before major public holidays.
What are your hours of business and where is your head office located?
We process orders Monday to Friday, from 9.00am til 5.00pm. We are not open on QLD or National public holidays.
Our head office is located in Durack, which is in Brisbane’s western suburbs.
